Project Description
46 one and two bedroom, units with a community centre and gardens make up the Salvation Army Social Housing development at Chapel Road, Manukau. They are constructed with SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels) and incorporate mechanical ventilation, which provides residents with a healthy, warm environment.
Stage Two comprising of 31 mostly larger family units (three and four bedroom) and an apartment building is currently in development and due for construction in 2024.
