Mixed Use

viaduct square, fanshawe and hardinge streets, Auckland city

A mixed use fourteen level complex on Fanshawe and Hardinge Streets in the city incorporating 170 apartments, 3,700m2 of prime office space, and 700m2 of retail space. This project obtained Urban design Panel and Resource Consent approval, but has yet to proceed to construction.

Mt eden mixed-use commercial / residential alterations

This project involved incorporating a residential apartment within an existing commercial space.  Dealing with the inherent challenges of a mixed use space, we looked to create a visual connection through a series of playful shapes. The mezzanine apartment living space combines together functional everyday elements to suit the client’s urban lifestyle.

Urban Renewal Proposal, Zhongshan

We were approached to provide a proposal for a mixed use Urban Renewal development on a 7 Ha site in central Zhongshan in Guangdong province, Southern China. Our design incorperated 1300 apartments, 30,000m2 of retail space, an entertainment precinct and underground car parking.
