Acacia Cove Retirement Village, Manurewa

Fat Parrot Architecture have been the architects for this project since its inception in 1998.

The village comprises 220 completed villas, comprising fourteen different designs, and a village community centre with a library and medical facilities. We have recently completed the addition of ten apartments and four new villas adjoining this village centre.

With this design proposal we explored the possibility of a comprehensively planned, medium density housing project, complete with retirement village, school and other communal facilities on this peninsula.
